Cancellation & Refund Policy

Retreats & Special Events
Cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 service fee.

Payment Methods
Full payment is required for retreats and can be made via Venmo, Square, or Zelle (upon request).

Low Enrollment
If a retreat is canceled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat. A finalized retreat list with room options will be made available in April.

Health Considerations
Your well-being is a top priority. Please notify me of any health concerns prior to the retreat so accommodations can be made with care and intention.

Weather-Related Cancellations
Should inclement weather impact the event, a full refund will be provided.

Sales Tax
A 5% CBJ sales tax is collected at the time of purchase, in accordance with CBJ 69.05.170.

Certified and registered, licensed, and insured through the YogaAlliance (accredited) and YogaFit. CEUs earned through YogaFit.
