Mommy & Me

A nurturing space for mothers and little ones to move, breathe, and bond. Classes weave gentle yoga, connection, and community—supporting postpartum recovery and shared calm. Baby is a part of your journey. I will create space for you, your baby and your partner (caregiver for baby) to practice together in a safe warm space. At your home, or at the Alaska Club to accommodate a group. Let me help plan a fun class for you and your Mom friends and babies.

Yoga Mentoring for NewTeachers

Support and guidance for emerging yoga teachers. Together we refine teaching skills, explore pose alignment, sequencing, and class design. Sessions (30–60 min, Zoom or in-person) include personalized coaching, feedback, and access to sequencing notes, templates, and workbooks to help you teach with confidence and authenticity.
