Alaskan Rainforest Yoga Retreat

Juneau, Alaska

2026 Yoga Retreat

Escape to Juneau, Alaska, for four rejuvenating days and three nights of yoga and self-care at the 2026 Alaskan Rainforest Yoga Retreat. Nestled on the lands of the Aak’w Kwáan and Lingít Aání, we will stay at the Shrine of St. Therese located on the ocean shores of Juneau, Alaska within the pristine Tongass National Forest.

This premium retreat offers a blend of invigorating yoga in nature, goal-setting writing workshops, ocean walks/hikes, berry picking bonfires, and more. We’ll also hold a bonfire ceremony to release the old and embrace the new through a writing activity.

Take a break from the digital world and the to-do lists, and reconnect with the natural beauty of Southeast Alaska’s rainforest. Enjoy locally sourced meals, practice morning and evening yoga, and find moments for self-reflection in the stillness of the wilderness. Walk (or sit) among the towering Spruce and Hemlock trees, breathe by the ocean or streams, and restore your mind-body connection.

To keep the experience intimate and personal, we are limiting the retreat to 10 participants.

Come join us in this unique experience and connect with your whole self. 🌲🧘‍♀️🌊

* Each garden to table item of food you will eat this weekend was caught, foraged, and prepared by our friends, family and my former students who I support by purchasing their products, and investing in their business.

Keeping it local reduces our carbon footprint, employs the locals, and builds and fosters our Juneau community. I am so fortunate to be able to share foods with you at this one of a kind retreat in the Alaskan wilderness.
