Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Retreats & Special Events: Cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 service fee.

  • Payment Methods: Full payment is required for retreats via Venmo, Square, or Zelle (upon request).

  • Low Enrollment: In the event of low enrollment, the retreat may be canceled. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a later retreat. A finalized retreat list, including room options, will be available in April.

  • Health Considerations: Your well-being is a priority. Please inform me of any health concerns before the retreat so I can plan accordingly.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of inclement weather, a full refund will be provided.

5% CBJ SALES Tax is collected at time of purchase by law (CBJ 69.05.170)
