Cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 service
Low Enrollment
If a retreat is canceled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat. A finalized retreat list with room options will be made available in April.
Health Considerations
Your well-being is a top priority. Please notify me of any health concerns prior to the retreat so accommodations can be made with care and intention.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Should inclement weather impact the event, a full refund will be provided.
Sales Tax
A 5% CBJ sales tax is collected at the time of purchase, in accordance with CBJ 69.05.170.
